We found out today that Hailey has a mild case of Jaundice. In fact her count was a little high that our trip to Logan was cancelled. No baby shower this week. We had to go to the medical supply store and rent a biliblanket which is a pad that hooks up to a machine that shines a bright light onto her skin. She has been wearing this for most of the day today and she has to wear it until the doctor says stop wearing it.
We have to go to the lab tomorrow to do more blood work and see where her level of jaunice is. But I am glad to report that mom and Hailey are doing well. Don't worry about this jaundice part, we have great doctors and we are in good hands. Now Hailey is my little glow worm and I think she looks cute. She definitely is the light of my life.
